Unfortunately, no soother is bite-resistant, and this also applies to the 18+ months soother! Regular checks are important, especially for this age group, as your child likely already has several sharp teeth.
Check the soother daily by pulling firmly on the teat and bending it. If the soother is damaged, discard it immediately. Damaged soothers usually indicate that your child is biting on them. Biting can lead to dangerous situations, so we advise stopping the use of the soother. A teething toy might be a good alternative.
